Milestones

On 6 May 2025, the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) released Public Consultation Paper No. 1/2025, proposing a regulatory framework for the offering and dealing of tokenised capital market products. In parallel, the SC is partnering with Khazanah Nasional Berhad to pilot tokenised bonds and sukuk aimed at expanding retail investor access.
